Getting a Quote
It's easy at Craft Customs

All of our orders here at Craft Customs are actually custom work and are therefore made to order.  We do not put pricing on the internet as we need to hear the details of what you are wanting in order to give your an accurate quote. All of the work on every piece that we produce is done in-house here in our facilities, just the way it has been for 20 years.  We maintain control of the quality and the workmanship. So, just pick up the phone or email us, and we'll take care of the rest.
 

1. Call us at 214.564.1170. We are available Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. We can answer any questions you may have regarding your steering wheel, dash or interior components.

   Many customers find it easier to send and email, or they may want to email digital photos of their parts. Having photos of dash interior pieces makes it easier for us to give you accurate pricing. Contact by email 24/7 and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with pricing.
     

1. Once you get your quote, you'll want to go on and get your order going.  Since we are the most experienced and trusted in this business, you know what you'll get back ... OEM quality work on every order. And our prices are unbeatable for the quality and service you will receive, don't settle for less, because believe me, you don't know what you'll get.
    
2. For all custom orders, you will have to send in your parts.  We do not stock cores as every order is custom and we do over 1800 different makes and models.  This simply means you will have to send in your original steering wheel, dash or trim parts, or pick one up at the dealership or a local salvage yard and send that in.
    
3. Box up your steering wheel or dash, and attach directly to the part your contact information (address, phone number, email address, etc) along with a color sample of the leather or wood you want matched.
    
4. Ship the box to:

Your order will be completed in approximately one week (two weeks for wood) and sent back to you.
